Our Management Team

Wright Noel   |  President + Co-Founder
Wright Noel oversees Forensa’s strategic direction, but enjoys rolling up his sleeves and helping clients as well. A practicing attorney, he has served clients of all sizes—from small startups to internationally recognized companies such as AT&T, Shell Oil and InfoSpace.

He has helped support law firms and business with their computer forensics, including internal investigation into employee Internet abuse, intellectual property security audit, and providing insight and advise regarding the recovery of documents from hard disk drives resulting from electronic data investigations.
An authority on computer forensics and e-discovery, Wright has authored articles for the King County Bar News and the Washington State Bar Association, frequently trains companies and attorneys regarding electronic evidence and instructs CLE’s on electronic evidence for law firms.

Wright received his B.A. from BYU where he was a Wrestling NCAA First Team Academic All-American and his law degree from the University of Washington School of Law where he graduated with highest honors.

Rich Russell   |  Vice President + Co-Founder
Rich Russell, a highly experienced technologist, technician and computer forensics authority oversees all technical areas at Forensa. He has served as an operations manager, operations analyst, network analyst and other key positions for the largest software company in the world.

Rich has multiple certifications including a CISSP, CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, NT4, MCP 2003, to name a few. His training has included Key Computer CCE computer forensics training, Mile2 computer forensics CCE training, NTI Computer Forensics training (where he achieved best time in class), the Oregon State University Professional Computing Forensics Certificate, as well the HTCIA International Training Conference where he was a presenter at the 2007 conference.

He received his B.S. in Computer Networking at Strayer University in Virginia and his AAS Degree at BYU.
